By purchasing any coaching program or digital product from Richard Biglia, you agree to the following terms:

Coaching Packages:

All coaching programs are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed time frame. Coaching calls and support access are available only during the active program period. Cancellations or rescheduling of coaching calls must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Due to the nature of personalized coaching and the time commitment involved, no refunds will be issued once the program has begun.

Digital Products:

All digital product sales (e.g., ebooks, guides, programs) are final and non-refundable. Digital products are considered used upon purchase and cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy protects the value of the content and the intellectual property provided, which cannot be physically returned once delivered. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any digital material is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, and resources provided through Richard Biglia’s programs and products are the sole property of Richard Biglia and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or share any part of these materials without express written consent.
